Legs for days

I recently shared my upper body routine at the gym. This is my current lower body/leg day. (P.s. I really wanna switch back to regular bar bell squats)

1. Leg press

310 lbs, 6-8 reps, 3 sets

2. Calf raises

100 lbs, 8-10 reps, 3 sets

4. Leg curl

130 lbs, 6-10 reps, 3 sets

5. Inner thigh (I use a specific machine)

90 lbs, 6-10 reps, 3 sets

I definitely enjoy leg day better than upper body lol! There are SO many exercises for legs and I may incorporate some later on. Let me know if you have any questions or what not. Let’s get healthy together! Xoxo, Kelly ❤
