Gym- Upper Body

I’m going to share with you guys my current (12/14/19) upper body gym routine! Feel free to ask any questions you may have 😊

1. Chest press machine

50 lbs (on each side), 6- 8reps, 3 sets

2. Seated rows machine

75 lbs (both sides), 6-8 reps, 3 sets

3. Bicep curl machine

25 lbs, 8-10 reps, 3 sets

4. Shoulder press machine

70 lbs, 8-10 reps, 3 sets
